Hong Kong, China - Admission Scheme for ​the Second Generation of Chinese Hong Kong Permanent Residents (ASSG) 

ASSG is special scheme for the second generation of Chinese Hong Kong Permanent Residents who born in overseas and wish to enter Hong Kong for employment. However, this scheme is not applicable who are nationals of Afghanistan, Cuba and North Korean.

Requirements

  • Aged between 18 and 40 

  • Born overseas 

  • Have at least one parents who is a holder of a valid Hong Kong Permanent resident Identity Card and was a Chinese national who had settled overseas at the time of the applicant’s birth 

  • Have bachelor’s degree or above 

  • Can bring spouse and unmarried children under the age of 18 

  • Can apply for Permanent residents 

Procedure

Step 1: Retain Anlex Consultants to assess and prepare your application 

Step 2: Submit your application to the Immigration Department 

Step 3: Receive file numbers and additional documents request 

Step 4: Receive decision
