Requirements
To be eligible, you must be a third-country national who:

Has the intention to relocate to Portugal to start a company

Has a clean criminal record from your country of residence and from Portugal

Has demonstrated a proof of investment made in Portuguese territory (i.e. incorporation of company and investment of share capital)

Has a valid and suitable travel medical insurance for at least one year including medical expenses such as urgent medical care
Procedures
Step 1 : Retain Anlex Consultants to assess and prepare your application
Step 2 ：Obtain Portuguese Taxpayer Identification Number (NIF)
Step 3：Obtain an individual Portuguese Bank Account
Step 4：Incorporation of a Portuguese compan
Step 5 : Opening of a Company Bank Account
Step 6：Prepare and submit the application to the Consulate/VFS Global Centre
Step 7 : Issuance of Temporary Resident Visa [if application is approved]
